Click & Collect/Delivery Help
Your Click & Collect order will usually be available to collect within 60 minutes of placing your order. Occasionally this could take a little longer (particularly if your order contains Big & Bulky items) so please ensure that you have received confirmation via email or SMS that your order is ready before visiting.

Delivery Orders can be placed over the phone or online. Once the order has been processed a delivery date and time will be provided.
UK Deliveries: We are pleased to be able to offer a range of different UK delivery services. FREE Delivery on online orders over £100.00. Delivery Options - APC Overnight (Next Working Day) £5.95 - APC Overnight Before 12:00 (Next working Day) £6.95. Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be despatched on the first following working day of the week. Big and bulky items like Render, Plasterboards, Plaster, Beads, Metal profiles, Buckets & Rules are only available for Click & Collect online or for local deliveries call us on 01473 745041.
In the event that you want to return any product, we promise to provide you with a full refund or offer you an exchange, where possible. Simply return the goods within 30 days, in the original condition and in unused packaging, together with a proof of purchase.
